Terms of use

1. What MOBERISK is

MOBERISK is a community for discussing geopolitics and military history, with video documentaries. There is a free plan and a paid subscription, Premium.

2. Who can use it

You must be 18 or older. Your account is personal: use true information, keep your password safe and do not let anyone else use your account. You are responsible for what is done with it.

3. What you post

What you post remains yours, and so does the responsibility for it. By posting, you allow us to store, display and translate that content within the site, free of charge, for as long as it stays published.

You may not post: illegal content; threats, harassment or stalking; hate speech or incitement to violence; pornography; spam, scams or misleading advertising; other people's personal data; material that infringes copyright; and you may not impersonate someone else.

Disagreeing is part of the conversation. Attacking people is not.

4. Moderation

We may remove posts and comments and suspend or delete accounts that break these terms, without prior notice in serious cases. To report content, write to the contact shown on this page.

5. Premium subscription

Premium is billed per period: monthly, every 6 months or yearly. Payments are processed by Stripe. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, at your subscription's price, until you cancel.

You can cancel at any time on the Premium page, using the manage subscription button. Access continues until the end of the period already paid for. The launch price applies while the subscription stays active; if you cancel and subscribe again, you pay the price in effect on the new subscription date.

6. Documentaries and brand

The documentaries, texts, brand and design of MOBERISK are protected by copyright. You may watch them on the site for personal use. Downloading, copying, rebroadcasting or selling this content without written permission is not allowed.

7. Machine translation

Translations of posts, comments and documentary texts are made by machine and may contain errors. The original text prevails.

8. How the site runs

We work to keep the site online and secure, but it may be unavailable because of maintenance or failures, and features may change or be removed. Nothing here takes away rights the law gives you as a consumer.

9. Closing your account

You can delete your account at any time under Settings > Delete account. Deletion is permanent: it erases your profile, posts, comments and files, and ends the subscription.

10. Changes to these terms

If these terms change in a meaningful way, we will give notice on the site before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the new version.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Consumers may bring a claim before the courts of the place where they live. If versions in other languages differ, the English version prevails.
