Privacy policy

Last updated: October 14, 2026

In plain language: what data MOBERISK keeps, what it is for and what you can do about it.

1. Who looks after your data

The controller of your data is the party shown at the end of this page, together with the contact for any privacy request.

2. Data we keep

Account: email, name, username and password. The password is stored in protected form by our login provider; nobody at MOBERISK can read it.

Profile and activity: bio, photo, cover, posts, comments, reactions and who you follow.

Subscription: plan, dates and payment status. Card details stay with Stripe only; MOBERISK does not receive or store them.

Technical data: IP address, approximate country (to choose language and currency), browser type and server access logs.

3. What we use it for

To run the site, to charge the subscription, to protect accounts from abuse and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell your data, we do not show ads and we do not use advertising trackers.

4. Cookies

We use only necessary cookies: the one that keeps you signed in and those that remember language, theme and documentary audio language. Stripe and the video player may use their own cookies during payment and playback.

5. What is public

Name, username, bio, photo, cover, posts, comments and follower counts can be seen by any visitor. Your email never appears on the site.

6. Who we share it with

Only with the services that make the site work: Supabase (database, login and files), Stripe (payments), Mux (video), DeepL (receives the text to be translated) and Cloudflare (hosting). Some of them process data outside Brazil.

We may also hand data to authorities when the law requires it.

7. For how long

For as long as your account exists. When you delete it, we erase your profile, posts, comments, reactions and files. Payment records remain with Stripe for the period required by law, and technical access logs follow our providers' retention periods.

8. Your rights

You can confirm whether we process your data, access it, correct it, ask for a copy, ask for deletion and withdraw consent. Editing and deleting your account is done in Settings; for anything else, write to the contact on this page. We reply within 15 days.

These rights come from Brazil's data protection law (LGPD). If you are in the European Union you also have the rights set out in the GDPR. If you believe we got it wrong, you can complain to your country's data protection authority; in Brazil, the ANPD.

9. Security

Connections are encrypted and access to data is restricted. No system is completely secure; if an incident affects you, we will let you know.

10. Minors

MOBERISK is not intended for anyone under 18 and does not knowingly collect their data. If you know of an account belonging to a minor, tell us through the contact on this page.

11. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we will give notice on the site. The date of the last update is at the top of this page.
